Bad service and incorrect debits to my account

The sales staff misinformed me about the prices and term. I signed up at Planet fitness Glenanda in January and was informed I would be charged 50 for black tag but got charged R99 and after complaining my account was charged different amounts for four months. I was told after six months my black tag would be canceled as requested now I am told after 12 months or penalties for cancelation early of the Black tag. Wrotten service from the beginning. Do not sign up with these *****s.
