Bad Service and *********** staff

Lynnwood Planet Fitness... why fix something that's not broken. They are in the process of taking away some group training classes that can accommodate about 20 people for the new X-Training which can only accommodate,by the looks of it no more than 12 people. Y??? On Wednesday evening Gunther gave an X-Training class & told those present that there will be another class on Thursday night,as per the schedules all over the gym, 7 of us arrived at 18:45 for a class but NO instructor,&NO one seems to know anything about this, including the reception manager. By 19:00 there is no other staff member who knows anything present at the gym. Bad form!!!! The fact that there is no manager or supervisor there at that time is unacceptable. Please inform your staff about changes and stick to the schedule provided!!! We are paying members who expect service. How difficult can it be..?
