Bad Service and Can’t cancel

It’s easy to take their membership but trying to cancel is near impossible. We have been trying to cancel this membership since 2025 without success. I always get told to pay R2249 às the last and final payment and the following month is comes back again after paying. I actually don’t know what else to do to close this account. Does anyone know? I have never ever experienced something like this before. Don’t take their membership or you will be like me and my son. They ask for monies that’s not in the agreement that you can’t even cancel.
