Bad service and arguementitive behavior

Good day, this is to all who wish to Join planet fitness. I canceled my contract as it was a month to month basis. Contract was not canceled , paid full price of R860 member rate for the next month even though my account was canceled. Reported the issue. Call Centre rude and not helpful explaining this is how businesses work as if I’m stupid , only want to refund me in half a months time. I’m not happy with the service of planner fitnes and I will make a point to never join Planet fitness again if this is how you treat your clients. There are no managers that could assist me at the time, I was even cut off while I was waiting. Wasted 30 min of my personal airtime with no achievement☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ The person that was on the phone with me was Polina Ramodisa and manager which is supposed to be on Duty is Sherry. Call Centre argues with me that I have to be patient when there are other bills that have to be paid for!!! This is not right!!!!
