Bad service

The service we’ve been getting at Planet Fitness Just Gym Scottville(PMB)for the past 3 weeks is disappointing. There is no clear communication in terms of why this is so yet we are paying customers. We do not have hot water in the gym and need to make our own means such as being urns and tubs to bath. The equipment is broken, it clear that the gym is poorly maintained yet full payment is required. This is extremely disappointing and we plan to share such an experience publicly maybe once on HelloPeter or facebook it will be taken seriously.

Please advise on the action plan.
