BAD SERVICE

I was at the gym yesterday receptionist lerato at springs mall refused for me to go in because my guest is turning 18 in a months time but she lets 13 14 15 16 year olds in on their own because "their" parents sign consent for them does that even make sense they training on their own no adult supervision but my guest 17 going on 18 in April not allowed to go in i really don't see the need for me to have a black tag really this is absurd!! And you know what's the worst part nothing will be done about this.
