Bad Service

My daughter who is mentally disable went to Planet fitness and they let her entered a two year contract with them, they let her sign the contract, but if you look at her signature it is only her name and the writing look like a four year old child. Only that should have told them she cannot enter a contract with them, furthermore they let her pay R300 with her SASSA card this card is where the government pay their money in for the disable. My husband and myself went to them the next morning and explain to them the situation. Anthony said they will cancel the contract and pay her money back, this is now more than a month later still nothing been paid back. They really make me sick, the only thing they are interest in is money, and they do not care what extend they must go to get it.
