Bad service

I ma so over planet fitnes I have been trying to get a manger on the phone or to call me back for 3 months now we have selected to cancel our membership still they only deduct our premium ans when we try ans get it sorted we get no where have not used the facilities once since lock down started but still get charged I am so not happy with there utter ****y service
