Bad service
Last year november 2014, I joined at Soneike Planet Fitness and I cancelled in 2days time because I realised that it was far from both home and work. I was promised to get my R300 back but I never got it. I went to the club, foned the callcentre and head office several times with no success. I earllier this year april/may 2015 joined the Planet Fitness Just Gym at bellville, ever since I wud speak to the club manager \Nico"about small things like towels being not used by the members and staff when training"
