Bad service

Joined Planet Fitness in December 2018 after my Medical Aid Medihelp marketed the gym. I was told I don't have to pay the annual levy but come June 2019 they debited R599 twice including the levy. Called the call center only to be told sorry you signed for it, then I went to Centurion Gateway to speak to the manager there yesterday. The "manager" Annelise didn't even bother to see me, she told the Zurika at front desk Medihelp is not exempted from levy payment and nothing they can do as the salesperson Thabo is no longer working for them. This is shifting the blame because he is not there anymore.
