Bad service

I signed a two years contract with Planet fitness in Springs Mall and when the it came to an end they still continued to debit my bank account.When I called requesting an explanation , I was told that my contract is on auto renewal and for me be released on it I have to serve a notice of a month however they will still debit for a month before my notice meaning paying for two months.I also requested that they forward me my contract so that I may see the auto renewal clause and to this day I haven't received anything.I have to say this is a bad service
