Bad service

I thought joining planet fitness was a best decision up until, the experience i got thus far. I asked them to freeze my account for 3 months while looking for a job and provided a proof that my contract ended so I need 3 months recovery. They ignored my emails and getting hold of them is always a struggle and they always put you onhold while your airtime is getting finished. They don't communicate with you neither by sms or email, their debit orders goes off when ever they feel like taking your money as if they own the money that is in your bank. When their debit orders bounced back they lay ridiculous charges and expect you to pay them. They don't communicate, they just do whatever they feel like doing without communication and expect you to pay what they charge you.

Well I am done with you planet fitness. I am joining another gym I will not pay any further amount. Who soever was thinking of joining planet fitness, please think again and make sure you make the right decision.
