bad service

i told planet fitness to cancel my contract in August, which was the ending of my contract. they agreed to do so... now they keep calling me telling me that i owe them money when it was their duty to cancel my contract on the anniversary of the contract. they still have the odasity to tell me i did not pay the cancelation fee in january when i specifically stated that they should end it in August when my contract ends. if you cannot afford to pay them they still want to take money from you... i would go back to virgin active anyday, it was a mistake joining planet fitness really .
