BAD SERVICE

I have struggled so much in my life with transferring from one gym to another. The staff members at the Planet Fitness in Krugersdorp is not helpfull at all. I have asked them to assist me in transferring from Roodepoort, but they always have an excuse such as "Sorry ma'am we cannot do it for you. You need to phone the call centre yourself". Why could Roodepoort then have helped me and it only took 15 minutes. I was on hold for 30 minutes last week because appartenly nobody works at the call centre or they are so busy that they cannot answer calls I have been placing for a week now. I even used one of the sales consultants phones at Planet Fitness in Krugersdorp and I was on hold for 15 minutes! So I am really dissapointed seeing as I pay a lot of money for a gym I dont even go to anymore.
