bad service

I am not having good experience with planet fitness, I joined on the 23rd of February 2018 and i was told first month is free, only to be debited 6 days after joining, i believe they should have told me their month has 6 days not 30/31 days. I let that go . now i go to the gym for the first time on Saturday 10th and i ask to be taken for a tour since its my first day, and this lady tells me her manager is not there i should come some other time,of which you could see its a lie because she didn't even know where the manager is, i mean how do you leave your stuff without then knowing you wont be around? i mean i wasted my time and petrol to go there to be told that the manager is not there, without even apologizing. I contacted the main office to lodge a complaint, and I was given a reference number (PF ********** ) , and they said someone will contact me after 72 hours and its 5 days later i am still not contacted. but yet they are quick to take my many with their bad service.
