Bad Service

I joined planet fitness 8 months ago.When I joined I was told I will pay R199 for 6 months then after it will go to it's original price of R349.00 .They did not live up to what we had agreed on instead they debited R449.00 for 2 consecutive months.I called the consultant who assisted me(Faith) and explained this to him,he told me he will look into it and speak to the relevant department.He never got back to me.I left a message again for him after my gym session that he should call me and he did.I asked him how far is he with my query he told me the same story he told me before "I will run this by my manager" .I asked him to please call me and tell me what the feedback is but he did not.I am very disappointed by this treatment the extra R100 that they are charging me I did not sign for it and what saddens me is that I'm not getting any form of clarity or feedback.
