BAD SERVICE

I am paying the gym but cannot use facilities. They say I am behind in payments. Been served to debt company, SAYA Debt collectors. I contact them to pay the arrears payments. Planet Fitness told me I can only pay at this debt company. They say I was not handed over. So I REALLY want to get rid of Planet Fitness!
