Bad Service

Today I found out that the email I send to their customer support team on the 20th of August to cancel 2 gym memberships mine and my girl's wasn't received but it was clearly stated by there welcome back email they were open at that time. The email I send was to cancel mine and my girls gym membership but they only cancelled my membership and then I called they said my girl needs to call them self to cancel her membership and they don't care if I'm the sole payee for both memberships. So never trust them again I won't go back to them in the foreseeable future to gym!!
