Bad Service

<p>Considering that there are only two in the KZN area one would think that Planet Fitness Westwood would get it right.. Since joining is January the steam room has been broken three times, and we get no prior notification of this. I was a loyal Virgin active member for yrs and if any part of the gym was not operating they would send an sms notification to the members. This morning the steam rooms was on when we first entered the ladies on my second trip to the ladies i went into the steam room and noticed it wasnt steaming anymore after some time a staff member came back to tell me that it will be turned on shortly however when she returned the second time she said it wasnt working....such a waste a ones time and really unprofessional. When we joined we were promised a bag and every day I have been asking the staff and either they just got handed out or they not in stock .At no point do they make a point of taking our details down to let us know when stock is in. ...highly annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
