Bad service

<p>I joined Planet fitness on 7 December. I cancelled my contract at Virgin Active but had already paid for December. They charged me a pro rata fee for January 2017. Planet fitness had a promotion R100.00 joining fee and R100.00 for the tag and R199.00 per month for 6 months payable on the 28th of each month. If you recruited someone you would get a month's membership for free and only start paying on 28 Febr 2017. I recruited my son and he recruited a friend of his. On 28 Jan our debit order went through. My son phoned them and his money was paid back into his account. Then on 20 Feb they refused him entry and said he did not pay. He showed them the sms that was sent and got a bank statement. Every time he goes now he has to type in his id no because his tag has been disabled. And surprise 2 payments were deducted from his a account this month.</p> <p>On my part I made various phone calls about my payment which went through on 28 Jan. I was told I woyld be refunded which never happened. I went to see the manager and he said it is a mistake he will make sure it is rectified. I am still waiting for his feedback. </p> <p>Why ahould I continue with these people? They make promises they do not keep.</p>
