Bad service

<p>Planet fitness handed my account over to Saya Recoveries. I wanted to settle the account in August 2013 where i spoke to Beverly who quoted me R1427 as settlement balance. When i wanted to settle it she change the amount to almost R3000 I refused and we argued over that amount she put the phone down in my ear and said she would come back to me. She never did in 2015 i received a bill from Saya recoveries in the amount of +_ R17000 and is still increasing. I spoke to Natasha Arendse at Planet fitness and emailed her all the proof of the conversation between Beverly and I. She told me she wanted to listen to the recording. There is proof that we spoke but the actual conversation no longer exist. Planet fitness and Saya Recoveries wants to exploit me to pay exorbitant amounts. I willing to pay the initial settlement discussed between Beverly and I. Saya Recoveries is waiting on an answer from Natasha Arense at planet fitness. she promise to come back numerous times but she dont and in the mean time Saya is sending me demands and letters. Please Help</p>
