BAD SERVICE

<p>Im a member with Planet Fitness just gym. i was 3 months behind due to banking details being changed and i was not around to change banking details with them. when i came bank i went to their branch in Umhlanga to update my account, i than paid R957.00 thru their speed point and that was on the 12 June 2017. after that everytime i go to gym i have to wait for about 10 to 20 minutes while they checking what is happening, i even spoke to BRANDON the manager 21 JUNE 2017 to sort this out but still it was not sorted. i even used my airtime called their head office spoke to Mpumelelo Melusi, i gave Brandon my phone to speak to her but still not sorted</p>
