Bad sales team svs and head office svs

<p>So I joined planet fitness being told membership was 590 a month so next day svs consultant phoned me to say it s now 200 extra . I was not told about it on sighing up my membership paid the 1900 fee not knowing about the 200 extra. So next day I canceled my one day old membership. And have been trying to get my refund out of them with no reply from head office they just don't care. Poorest svs ever had in my life </p>
