BAD, PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL,POOR, WORST!!!

Planet Fitness customer service is pathetic and the staff is clueless. I was ****med by the Sales Agent from Planet Fitness Brackenfell branch, i signed a contract with Sanlam Reality discount, Chad never gave me a contract to read the terms and conditions he kept on promising me that he will send until this date. Now i am being penalized and keep on losing discount , i started with R250 per month but now i am on R750. I tried to call the branch and the Branch Manager is forever away and avoiding me, i called more than 3 times they keep on saying i must leave my contact details and no one calls. I am very upset with how the Brackenfell management handled my situation because the answer they always give me is " Chad does not work for us anymore please contact him" The less i say about the Customer Service department the better, they are horrible.
