Bad GYM company

Planet Fitness Craig-hall sales Consultants are selling wrong information to customers , when i Joined i was told about the tag money and what i will pay each month, a few months after more money was deducted from my account and i reversed as i never knew what it was for , i was blocked , the nice part is when the sales lady was called to the office she had no clue what they were saying to her

now my account was double debited wit no SMS warning for money called Levy funny them because i reversed my money i get an SMS, i called and ask 1 of the managers to call me im still waiting since Friday.

your customer service is very bad because you make people sign a 24 months contract that only protects your company even when your clients are not happy. i am taking this up with consumers as this GYM is really a Joke
