Bad faith in planet fitness

I'm really disappointed with planet fitness. I've cancelled my gym contract with them due to relocation. This was for the end of July 2023. July also happens to be the month I incepted this contract. I was not sent an email as stipulated on the site of the annual levy fee, but how can you bill a customer a levey fee for the next 12 months when they have cancelled. So planet fitness doesn't correspond on the forms of communication stipulated and they billed you double even as a customer leaving. I had planned to join a planet fitness club when I relocate and this has left me in bad faith with planet fitness. You should not in good faith bill customers for a service they won't use after giving the appropriate time frame to cancel.
