Bad experience

Bad experience and terrible treatment.

2 separate occasions.

First one

They made go home. Because they said we didn’t bring birth certificate and didn’t pay a fee for my under 18 year old sibling. Even though when we were signing the contract it wasn’t mentioned that have to pay fee and bring birth certificate. They simply said it’s free for under 18.

Now had to drive back home. Even though petrol is expensive. It’s like a 45 min drive. The rude receptionist basically said no. My sibling isn’t allowed to gym even tho we were dressed in gym clothes and had paid membership.

She chased us out like dogs. Super disrespectful

2nd one

I am on a buddy system. I have to go with my mom. Everytime I go. But after we paid my sibling’s tag fee. And bought the birth certificate. The guy said no it’s fine. You can come without your mother.

Then I did so. Used my mother’s tag twice. Now today all of a sudden. They changed. I no longer can use my mom’s tag. I was already on the treadmill. The lady made a scene. Said I must get out or your mom should come. Was extremely rude. Embarrassed me in front of everyone.

I simply left and asked for cancellation forms. They refused and said no don’t have forms can only cancel via phone call.

It’s utterly disgusting. Get treated like this. Even though money is being paid every month.

They treat people so bad those devil sent people that work at the front area. But Karma knows their address

I work in the same industry. Never treated people like this. So there is no excuse
