Bad Customer service from Planet Fitness (Ruimsig)

Bad customer service. An incident occurred and staff laughed when customer got injured, doesn't even apologize or even check if she was okay. An incident report was only writen only 4 days later as customer took things further and the amount of lies that came from the staff member of what really happened. A request for Video footages which apparently can't be given!!! To the same person that got injured!!!
