Bad Customer service and engagements

The Company has been debiting me a lot of money and when i query it the call center agents gives me the run around or let me hold the phone for more than an hour just to read an email that was sent by an inhouse agent. while im still waiting for resolution to my queries booooom my query is closed with no comments or feedback for me.
