Bad Customer Service

We signed up during the month of April on a black tag membership on my Partners name at Wanderers Mega club. we got to the Gym only to be told that our membership is already in arears after 1 day of signing up even though the joining/tag fee was paid. they said to fix this after a week of asking someone to enter the gym we decided to cancel and try starting a new membership on my name due to the fact that nothing was done. even then we still had ongoing problems from admins side again I paid my tag fee and I was told I will have the month of April free. I will start paying in May and that will include black tag fee and member fee. now I have an out standing black tag fee and there seems to be no black tag documentation. even though that is what I signed up for. this is unacceptable as I drive past a big fitness club to gym at Planet fitness. really need to take a look at this system and how sign ups are being handled. NOT HAPPY
