bad customer service

trying to get a quote out of the Bedford center branch. I get an appointment with one of the sales ladies and when I arrive she is busy.No problem I get posted off to someone else who is more interested in getting hold of my cell number than anything else.I ask for a quote for a monthly deal with no contract and get told its not possible . I thank the man get up and walk out this guys response is a very loud chuckle . nice one planet this is service industry at its best.
