Bad customer care and service

I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied with the way they are handling my refund process, their agent gave me wrong amount to pay and with me thinking I don’t want any wrong amounts then I copied and sent the money , to my knowledge it was wrong amount, went to inform them and since the 25th I am being taken from pillar to post and have been talking to agents who don’t even listen to my concern, now they want to deduct an amount which I paid to their debtors as they also handed over my account to debtors which I paid on the 25th. I have sent them multiple emails and not getting any straight answers.
