Bad consumer service Planet fitness

Contract expired in 2017 and a notice was made with confirmation that I was done with Planet fitness but today in 2022 they have been sending a law firm (third party) to contact me saying I'm owing about R400... I informed them I'm unemployed I can't afford and wondered why they didn't contact me when I had a relationship with them now that i no longer have a contract with them they are bothering me with a law claiming I owe them. I even went to their branch and was told there's no records of me on system because contract was done. Planet fitness should check their consumer records properly before *********ing customers
