Bad Companies to do business with

Bad company to do business with. I have a membership with Planet Fitness and Sanlam Reality but due to not having enough money for patrol I cannot go to the gym and Reality reduced my discount from 80% to 50% since I cannot attend more than 12 times a month and Planet Fitness does not want me to cancel. I feel like I am an object since these two companies don't care about clients we are just objects that are being milked even when we have good reasons for cancellation but they still want more than R3000 for a cancellation fee. So now I cannot afford but I must keep paying membership
