Bad club management and control over members

I have an issue which is pending with Planet Fitness Megaclub - Westwood Mall, Durban, from the 13th September 2017 They have to date, not settled the matter with me and my contract.

My friend and I were victims of ************ by other club members due to the fact that there are insufficient weights provided for the weights classes. We requested that our contracts be canceled and I received a single telephone call from the Regional/Club manager who advised that this is not allowed

I am willing to explain the situation in detail to any manager of the Planet Fitness franchise.

I am trying to obtain the contact details of Planet Fitness Head Office. If anyone has their details, please may I have it.
