Extremely bad service from Felix and sipho

I joined planet fitness irene a few months back . The team took my details signed me up , made me pay all the relevant fees which I did . There after they switched my membership from normal to discovery and they didn't capture the banking details correctly .

I went in to the branch as soon as I was aware of the situation the guys assured me it was their fault and they will get H/o to sort it out . (I have the conversation on recording ) since then iv been calling the call center and messaging these guys almost daily with no responce . Today I see im handed over to A COLLECTIONS AGENCY .

I am now trying to get the ombudsman involved as this is just un acceptable
