Bad bussines eticket.

To the other suporters or customers of planet fitness, i dont know about you but i am fed up with the way that the planet fitness staff has been handling the situation i am currently in as well as their attitude towards me and my wife.

I have been medically boarded an now only recieve a certain percentage of my salary so i can afford the gym anymore so i phoned them and explained the situation and stil i have to pay R2600 on top of the installment that allready went off, i explained to them that i cant afford it and they just ignore me. I dont understand how they can expect me to pay so much for a service i dont even use but i habe always payed on time.

To make matters even worse my wife cant enjoy excercising on her own because if i am not with, the other guys wont leave her alone and we have reported the problem in the gym multiple times. We also reported dirty equipment, dirty change rooms and broken equipment several times and nothing is done about it. I dont want my contract wit these people anymore and now they refuse to cancel my contract if o dont take out the money and i dont agree becuase they have caused me enough trouble.
