I cancelled my contract that was motnh to month when I contacted them in March 2021. I received an email on 31/03/2021 Dear Member,

Your membership is due to cancel on 30th April 2021

Some important points to note:

• Your last debit order will be 01st April 2021

• You will be able to access the club until 30th April 2021

They did try to deduct the 1st of May, there was no funds. They keep on sending sms's and phone me. I phone, spoke to a lady, she told me they made a mistake, will not deduct afain and write off the May pmt. Today they phoned me again and said I was suppose to give a months notice. I DID!!! 31/03/2021 - 30/04/2021 IS ONE MONTH, The guy today really told me that it is not!
