Bad Attitude, Bad service Bad admin.

I have been with Planet fitness for more then 2 years now. <br> <br> I had ongoing problems with my account since day 1.<br> I have been patient and I have paid my bills even if I have a debit order with planet fitness what they take before my pay day and then it will come back I have to pay for those charges and not them. <br> <br> I had twice problems with my account as my contract was not explained to me like it must have been. Darliton was the sale person who sold the contract to me. <br> <br> now it is the 3rd time I have problems with Planet fitness as they don't do the admin right and that Wandi the manger does not know what is happening with the admin but she is the manger of the branch.<br> <br> I have been today to Planet fitness to sort this matter out and I have waiting there for more then 20min to get my statement does that take 20min to get a statement. <br> <br> in March they have only deducted my black tack that is what they told me and not the rest so who's fault is that mine or the gyms. ?<br> <br> I had enough with this gym and I would like to take this matter further.
