Bad attitude and no delivery

Good day I have been a member for almost 2 years at Planet fitness hennopsview I referred my sister to consultant by the name of Dewald. She signed the contract in September 2017 and i was promised a free month since I referred my sister to the gym. Her membership was successful but yet I'm still waiting for my free month as promised by the gym! Each time I speak to the consultant (Dewald) I find him looking down at his cell phone or simply walking off while I still am busy speaking to him, I find this highly offensive since I attend the gym each morning a loyal member! I have spoken to the gym manger and head office concerning the matter but unfortunately no one seems to be bothered to assist! I would like to be assisted in this matter asap!
