Bad and Disappointing

Hi recently join planet fitness last month (June) and now that I want to cancel my membership due to unforseen circumstances (relocating to an area that doesn't have a planet fitness branch) I am forced to pay cancellation fee and I haven't even been with them for over 3 months or better yet 2 Months. I spoke to the call centre consultant and they told me I still have to pay the fee regardless of me relocating and to me that doesn't sound right because its not my fault that they don't have a branch and I cannot leave my job transfer (Relocating) all in the name of the gym contract. I asked the lady if there wasn't a way forward or if I can't work on paying for my last month of using their services (July) but the response I got was of an "unwilling to assist consultant"
