Bad aftersale service

I have been a member of the gym since earlier in the year. My debit order on my account is wrong. I have questioned it at the gym and they referred me to the call centre. My emails are not reaponded to en phoning is a pain. This is very frustrating as the staff in the gym are also not able to help other than referring me to the call centre
