Bad admin, bad service, debit money that shouldnt be debited.

Me and my fiance went to open a gym contract with planet fitness krugersdorp. Very nice gym, could clean it more but very nice gym. The sales consultant were in such a rush to sign us up that he forgot to tel us what we are signing for. We asked for a 12 momths contract and he signed us up for 24 months then he made a mistake with my contract and didnt fix it still till today... We are being dibited on amounts that wasnt agreed on.... They debit 499 and should debit 299 as discused. They regret to inform us about the annual double deduction.... I am on short time at my current work, i wouldnt have sign that contract wkth planet fitness if i knew all of this was going to happen, we all work on a budget.... But to deduct double is rediculous. Now i must reverse debits because planet fitness dont know how to sort out stuff.... And in that proses my credit score is going down. I wouldnt prever anybody to gym at planet fitness because the only thing they want is your money without any service.... I am a rep myself and when i sell something i explain every small writing detail to my customer before he is signing up with us. The consultant didnt do that and made us sign that day without going threw the contract with us. (made us sign because that was the last day of the special) and there wasnt even a special, the only special was him that was taking us for a fool..... This is ridiculous. We were there on thursday(30/11/17) and they told us that they will sort it out and phone me on friday(01/12/17) but still didnt happen till today and its the 5th of december. They going to deduct the wrong amounts again and then i must reverse it again and that making my name bad. Then the 02/12/17 saturday they send me a sms i am behind on my payment, that they didnt sort out yet.
