Awful services at Cavendish Planet fitness

Good day I came today with my sister for a membership. I have a membership with virgin active so I wasnt interested I was just accompanying my sister so my sister could join today

We came and busani helped us and the first thing he does is ask us where we from and my sister says the country we are from and he starts asking personally invasive questions

And then they were so pushy to my sister to get a membership and shes so indecisive so she asked if it possible if she could come tomorrow and they said the offer is first time only but we could come later today only, we said okay, sounded a bit ridiculous but okay

We come back 5 minutes later and my sister wants to sign up and she just asks if the reformed pilates is included the package and he said it costs extra money and so she becomes indecisive again especially because she has to decide immediately. And so we ask bunani if we could come later, email or come tomorrow and bunani says “so this is your second time coming actually and yet im still doing this” and so I say “but that sounds stupid, we only left for 5 minutes” and bunani switches up.

He starts screaming at me, saying stuff and caling me stuff and so I immediately apologise, i clarify that it was my fault because it was, i shouldnt have used the word stupid and i tell bunani but boy does he not stop. 0 respect in that man. He continues and continues and does not let me speak and says “what if i called you stupid” and im trying to tell him still i never called him stupid i called the system stupid because i said “that sounds stupid” but he took it so personal. It only stopped after the indian guy came and calmed him down. Gave me and my sister so much anxiety. She was looking to sign up but I convinced her not to after this.

Also early on I already said to bunani i was comfortable at virgin active but i did like the equipment here but I would have to get a car before i get a membership at Planet fitness and he became so pushy for me to join that it became uncomfortable.

This gimmick theyre doing where they give a price and then say actually we will call our manager and get you a better price and then the manager comes back with a better price saying a bunch of nonsense of how they will cut the tag but keep the other thing but cut that thing is utter bs. Cut the ****. Stop beating around the bush and just give a set price instead of playing in my face. Youre a professional company not a food bazaar where you come to negotiate, act like it.
