Awful customer care and communication

I really do not recommend a membership with Planet Fitness, I had an afwul experience with their basic customer service and zero follow through when you experience any kind of problem... It's basically up to you to call them, and follow up with them if you have any kind of problem... If their customer care assures you that they will call you back with a solution - they don't. Emails don't get answered, you got no notification of any kind from their side except for when it best suits them.

I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now, during this time I spoke to 3 different personell in their customer care, and with this effort I made I was delivered empty promises, not kept from their side...

Please spare yourself the headache and choose a different gym!
