awesome facilities, poor customer service.

One star is still too high. I asked to freeze my account and was told it is not possible. I cancelled my membership more than a month ago and still waiting on confirmation. Facebook messages is being ignored.

Come on guys. Why you treating me like this after 4 years of being a loyal member?
