Avoid Planet fitness

I'd advise anyone and everyone to rather sign up with any other gym in the country.

I signed up in January and it is February I got debited the full national amount. The False advertising of January is free did not apply. The discount using Sanlam and going to gym multiple times a week did not apply. Their admin department is completely useless having tried 4 to 5 times to capture all my details correctly and to date it is still not correct. They were quick to send multiple debichecks however and very quick to take as much money as possible.

Add to that the consultants at the gym barely know what they doing with one telling me about having to use the app to tag in with a buddy while the other 3 never mentioned this at all in the entire month we been going to gym.

This has been the worst experience I've had at a gym they even make Virgin active look good with their double debits and admin issues.
