auto renewals contracts ****!!

<p>planet fitness is a great gym and all that but we are being ****** because when i took a contract with them it was just a year contract and was suppose to end january this year 2017, but their GOD saya recoveries are saying i owe planet fitness up until today which is july 2017 that i should send a cancellation latter to terminate my contract.....and i was like what the **** because i only signed for a year contract, i was under the intentions that my contract ended 5 monhs ago with them. as customers we are not being told about this **** auto renewls , ever since the year started i never set a foot on their gym in witbank but i have to pY FOR THAT??? I NEED AN EXPLANATION AS WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DIDNT USE AND THAT I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT THE CONTRACTS WERE AUTO RENEWALS ....M SO NOT HAPPY BECAUSE THIS SAYA PEOPLE ARE NOT COMPITANT ASWELL BACAUSE THEY DONT EVEN SEND STATEMENTS ON BALANCES.</p> <p> </p> <p>**** THIS AUTO RENEWALS CONTRACTS!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
