Attitude issues from staff

I went to Planet Fitness Ruimsig as a buddy to my friend, and the experience was very disappointing. My friend had been told before by another staff member that it was okay to use her mom’s tag, but now she was told she needs her own. The issue isn’t with the policy, it’s with the attitude.

Lexi (blonde hair) at the front desk was extremely disrespectful, condescending, and even laughed at my friend while asking, “Who told you it was okay?” That kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone who represents the company at the front desk.

If this is how members and guests are treated, I will definitely not be signing up. Staff like this need to be dealt with — respect should be the bare minimum.
