Atrocious service

Cancelled contract R113034 M.W. and E.P. Barrow<br> <br> Planet Fitness have the most atrocious call centre service. I have logged numerous complaints, sent all the documents required to prove cancellation of the contract (several times) and there is no response. It is too incredible for words. Please do not bother to have a call centre clerk phone me (they are totally inefficient and never follow up. I need to speak to a senior person or this matter will be handed over to our attorney.<br> Elsbeth P. Barrow
